Welcome to DramaShort. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

DramaShort offers paid VIP subscriptions billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, every 3 months, or yearly) depending on the plan you select.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who handles billing, taxes, and payment security.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change with notice for future billing periods.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. After cancellation, you will retain VIP access until the end of your current paid period, after which it will not renew.

4. Content and License

All movies, videos, and materials on DramaShort are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to stream content for your own viewing. You may not:

Download, copy, record, or redistribute any content;
Circumvent any content protection or access controls;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, scraping content, or sharing your account credentials.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DramaShort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
