We want you to enjoy DramaShort. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for VIP subscriptions.

1. Digital Subscriptions

DramaShort VIP is a digital subscription that gives immediate access to premium content. Because access is granted instantly, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may grant a refund at our discretion in the following cases:

You were charged in error or charged multiple times for the same period;
A technical problem on our side prevented you from accessing the Service and we could not resolve it;
You request a refund within 48 hours of a charge and have not substantially used the VIP content.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after substantial use of VIP content;
Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal;
Partial periods after cancellation (you keep access until the period ends).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at admin@dramashort.us with your account email and the date of the charge. Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, and may take several business days to appear.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; it does not retroactively refund past periods.
